    A second example of this model (Phillips, London, 29 March 1994, lot 186) is in the collection of the National Museum of Scotland (see right); it was acquired in 1994 following a temporary export stop.

    A third teapot was sold by Christie’s, London 3 November 1999, lot 15, and resold Christie’s, New York, 13 December 2019 ($320,000 hammer price).
