A design by Godwin relating to this cabinet is in the collection of the V&A (E.235-1963). There is also an entry in one of Godwin’s sketck books dated 23 April 1874 for a ‘Cott. Draw. Rm. Cab’ at a cost of £3.3.0d (V&A, AAD 4/13- 1963, f. 19). An ‘angle’ cabinet from the same series is in a private collection (see H. Blairman & Sons, Furniture and Works of Art, 2011, no. 11).
